Attending the program were representatives from the People's Council of Xuan Que commune, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Xuan Que commune, and 40 households representing the people of 12 hamlets in the commune.
At the conference, the speaker introduced the basic contents of legal aid; legal aid policies according to the 2017 Legal Aid Law; and the subjects entitled to free legal services from the State.

In addition, citizens are also informed about various forms of legal assistance, including participation in litigation, legal consultation, and representation outside of litigation. The content of legal assistance focuses on many areas such as criminal law, civil law, land, housing, marriage and family, labor and employment, complaints and denunciations, preferential policies for those who have rendered meritorious service to the revolution, consumer protection, etc.

During the information session, many citizens raised concerns related to land disputes, marriage and family matters, and policies for families of martyrs and meritorious individuals. The feedback received by the State Legal Aid Center No. 1 will be studied and will be responded to in writing in the near future.
According to the organizing unit's representative, legal aid is a policy with profound humanitarian significance of the Party and State for the poor and vulnerable, helping people access the law more easily, contributing to reducing legal poverty and ensuring the legitimate rights of citizens.
