According to the Principal, Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Thi Phuong Anh, nearly 4 years after the merger, the school has gradually developed more comprehensively, completed the targets, and met the standards for vocational education quality assessment. From 365 staff at the time of the merger, the organization has now been reorganized, the team has been reduced to 245 people, of which 180 are on the payroll and 65 are on contract.

For the 2024 enrollment, the school recruited nearly 94% of the target (1,641 students), of which 100% were college students (271 students from Quang Nam), and more than 89% of the target were intermediate students (1,319 students from Quang Nam). The school's training scale is 3,450 students with 145 training majors. In addition, it also trains 2,000 students at the elementary level, short-term vocational training, and university training.

Regarding the project implementation status, up to now, 3 projects have been completed and settled, 2 projects are undergoing settlement procedures, 4 projects are being implemented, ensuring the progress set for completion by July.

The school requested the province to pay attention to guiding the completion of the project on management and use of public assets for the purposes of leasing, joint ventures and associations according to Decree No. 167; and support funding to implement policies for civil servants and employees who retire early or quit their jobs according to Decree No. 168 and Decree No. 67.

After listening to opinions from departments and branches, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Anh Tuan highly appreciated the school's efforts in recent times, bringing the school to develop step by step, especially in the work of arranging the apparatus, staff, and enrollment results.

Regarding the upcoming tasks, the school reviews the task groups to find solutions and implementation plans to achieve good results. Calculate the immediate and long-term training requirements, continue to fulfill the training mission for the whole province. At the same time, focus on improving the quality of training, training according to orders, according to social needs; quickly develop an enrollment plan.

Regarding the school's recommendations, Mr. Tuan requested that relevant departments and agencies receive, study and advise the province to consider and resolve them in accordance with regulations.
