Solid foundation from practical training program
At FPT PolySchool, knowledge is not only in books. Students learn through real projects, learn at businesses as well as interact with professional working processes right from school. Thanks to that, students not only understand the theory but also grasp how to solve problems like a real professional.
With output standards close to recruitment needs, FPT PolySchool students do not simply study for exams, but study to work, adapt and develop in an increasingly volatile market. Achievements are proven through real stories - real events.
Faces conquering the labor market
Quach Hien Long, a former student of FPT PolySchool Ba Ria - Vung Tau , is currently working as a Quality Control (QA) at Delta - a large local event organization company. The job requires precision, meticulousness and high responsibility, which is a clear demonstration of the professional capacity and thorough preparation that Long has accumulated during his studies at FPT PolySchool.
Not only stopping at his main job, Long also demonstrated his impressive multitasking ability when taking on additional roles such as design, programming and event engineering... skills honed through real-life projects at school. That flexibility and progressive spirit have helped Long become a trustworthy employee, highly appreciated by colleagues and superiors.
Long shared: “My success today is thanks to the time I spent doing real work and gaining real experience at school. Every activity and project I have participated in has left me with lessons for my current job.”
Vu Hoang Phuong Uyen, a former student of FPT PolySchool Can Tho , started her career journey just one month after graduation. Once a prominent face in the Media and Events Club at the facility, Uyen constantly challenged herself in big and small competitions, accumulated soft skills and developed herself comprehensively.
Thanks to her proactive spirit and daring to start early, Uyen passed the rigorous interview rounds from the employer to become a staff member at Duong Phi Mobile Company - when she was only 18 years old.
“Don’t wait until you graduate to find your direction, study seriously, participate in a lot, and understand clearly what you want. That is the key to open the first door in your career,” Phuong Uyen shared.
While Phuong Uyen chose a stable development path in the office environment, Le Van Vu (stage name Vu Sino) - a former student of FPT PolySchool Da Nang, pursued a different journey: free, creative but full of discipline.
Vu is a versatile artist, working in many roles such as: musician, animation director, YouTuber. He is currently collaborating with Otsu Labs - a creative technology company in Ho Chi Minh City. Most of the time, Vu works at home - an environment that allows him to maximize his autonomy and creativity, but still maintains a professional working spirit like a true artist.
“Always be proactive in setting goals. Working hard will get you far. Working smart will get you there,” Le Van Vu shared.
FPT PolySchool accompanies students on their career journey
At FPT PolySchool, success stories like Long, Uyen or Vu are not isolated. They are the result of a practical, learner-centered training model, led by a team of dedicated instructors and a learning environment that maximizes individual potential.
