In addition to dissolving 45 departments, the school merged specialized faculties and formed training management institutes, reducing from 14 faculties to 7 institutes.
To improve the effectiveness of consulting and supporting students in their studies, the school has abandoned the academic affairs model (from 14 focal points) and switched to a training consulting department under the school's training department.
