In Nam Ka commune, the model of establishing community Zalo groups in villages and hamlets has been widely implemented by mass organizations, helping to promptly update information on production support, preferential credit, agricultural techniques, etc., serving poverty reduction efforts.

The loan group in Krai village, led by Ms. H'Ngọ Niê, has 51 members. Since creating the Zalo group, she has been able to quickly announce funding sources, application deadlines, and provide guidance on procedures, as well as share techniques for disease prevention and control and monitor agricultural product prices. The villagers interact regularly, asking and answering questions directly, which is much more convenient than before.

Ms. H'Ngọ Niê shared: "Since its establishment, the Zalo community channel has become an important support and connection tool. Not only does it help people access policies more easily, but Zalo groups also create an environment for sharing production experiences and spreading effective poverty alleviation models."

Residents of Nam Ka commune share their experiences with mulberry cultivation and silkworm farming models aimed at developing the economy and escaping poverty.

Hanoi is providing training to improve writing and editing skills for news articles on the electronic information portal. On the morning of June 4th, the Office of the People's Committee of Hanoi City organized a training conference to improve skills in writing and editing news articles for the city's electronic portal/website, and to provide training and guidance on using the shared platform application of the electronic portal and its component information channels in the city.

In Krai village, Ms. Lo Thi Thu Nguyet is also one of the households actively sharing experiences through the production group's Zalo group. After borrowing capital to invest in a mulberry cultivation and silkworm farming model, Ms. Nguyet experimented on an area of 2 sao (approximately 2,000 square meters) and earned about 60 million VND per year. Recognizing the effectiveness, she shared the care process and harvesting techniques on the village's Zalo group for other women to refer to.

Thanks to online connectivity, practical and easily understandable information about agricultural production quickly reaches households. Experienced farmers can guide newcomers, creating a community that supports each other right within the village.

Along with Krai village, Tusria village is also a shining example in implementing poverty reduction efforts combined with enhanced communication. According to Ms. Hjoar Trei, head of Tusria village, a variety of communication channels are used: from village meetings and public address systems to online interactive Zalo groups. When there is information about support for breeding cattle, seedlings, or technical training, we post it on the Zalo group so that the villagers are aware. For content that needs further dissemination, village officials go to each household to explain more.

Thanks to this flexible approach, many households have been able to access the policy in a timely manner. The family of Mr. Y Von is a typical example. In 2024, he received support in the form of one breeding cow; before that, he was given 10 durian trees and 1,000 coffee trees. To date, the cow has grown, and the coffee and durian trees are developing well, with the durian trees already bearing their first fruits. “Thanks to the local authorities' regular guidance through the Zalo group and direct visits to the village, I know how to properly care for the plants. My family now has a stable path forward and I believe we will escape poverty sustainably,” said Mr. Y Von.

The above experience shows that poverty reduction is not just about providing capital, seedlings, and livestock, but first and foremost, it must ensure that people have access to complete, accurate, and timely information. Promoting communication through various forms, especially the application of digital platforms, has helped people shorten the time it takes to receive policy information, created an environment for exchanging experiences among households, and improved people's production capacity and market access skills.

The Ministry of Education and Training requires that no filming, photographing, or dissemination of violent clips on social media be permitted. The Ministry of Education and Training has just issued a directive instructing localities to strengthen efforts to rectify, address, and proactively prevent school violence in educational institutions, especially during the summer break and before the start of the new school year.

Mr. Truong Thanh Trung, Deputy Head of the Economic Department of Nam Ka commune, said: Nam Ka is a particularly disadvantaged commune, with over 87% of its population being ethnic minorities, so access to information channels is quite limited. With the information poverty reduction program, the locality has invested in infrastructure and established digital technology groups to support people in accessing information for their lives and agricultural production. Nam Ka aims to continue expanding digital communication channels to all villages and hamlets; diversify the content of propaganda; and maintain activities to share experiences and effective production models within the community so that people can encourage each other to develop their economy and overcome poverty.
