The activities aim to spread the love of reading and raise the reading culture among all classes of people, especially the young generation, pupils and students. At the same time, they aim to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the complete liberation of the South and national reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025).

Here, the opening ceremony of the exhibition booth for books and newspapers commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) took place, including the following contents: Content aimed at commemorating the Liberation of the South; 71 years of the Dien Bien Phu Victory (May 7, 1954 - May 7, 2025); socio -economic achievements of the central and local governments during the renovation period.

The organizers arranged books into a model of the Independence Palace and the tank numbered 843, which crashed through the side gate of the Independence Palace on April 30, 1975; and displayed 3,000 books in the free reading space and newspapers at the Provincial Library.

Speaker, Master Nguyen Quoc Vuong, born in 1982, works in the fieldof education ; is an active scholar in translating, writing books and newspapers on the topics of culture, education and trying to inspire reading for young people.

Through the stories of speaker, Master Nguyen Quoc Vuong, many students have realized the importance of reading, especially through self-study to improve themselves.

Only by self-study can you know what you need to learn, what you like, what you are weak at, from there find a learning method, discover yourself, find the purpose and motivation to promote learning.

Self-study is done regularly even when working, even when really just starting to study.

Books always accompany, share joy, sadness, and books have long become an indispensable need in life. Reading books helps people understand the world more deeply, is a form of healthy entertainment, and is a strong source of inspiration for self-improvement.

In order for reading culture to spread widely, practically and sustainably in the community, it is necessary to have the cooperation of the entire social community, from families, schools, information and library agencies to organizations and unions.

On this occasion, Bac Giang Provincial Library organized a space for reading books and newspapers and issued free cards to readers. These activities contributed to affirming the value of books in social life, honoring readers, creators, publishers, collectors, preservers, and book introducers, thereby spreading the reading culture in the community.
