The public consultation period will take place on April 20th. Afterwards, the commune People's Committee will report the results to the district People's Committee no later than 8 PM on April 20th.
The District People's Committee must submit a report to the Tuyen Quang Provincial People's Committee no later than 10:00 AM on April 21st.
Earlier, on the afternoon of April 19th, the leaders of Tuyen Quang province inspected several locations where offices and accommodation for leaders, civil servants, and officials of Ha Giang province were planned after the merger of the two provinces.
Following an on-site inspection, Provincial Party Secretary Ha Thi Nga requested the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee to direct relevant departments and units to urgently review the infrastructure and implement the construction, repair, and supplementation of equipment and living supplies at the selected locations to be used as accommodation for officials from Ha Giang province who will be working after the province's merger.
Provincial Party Secretary Ha Thi Nga also requested the Provincial People's Committee to direct the working groups of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Steering Committee to coordinate with the Ha Giang Provincial Steering Committee to review, compile, and accurately determine the number of officials, civil servants, and employees working at the merged provincial administrative center. This is to proactively develop appropriate and thoughtful arrangements to ensure that the staff can confidently perform their duties at the new location.
