The U15 Ho Chi Minh City team held a send-off ceremony on the morning of June 15th.
With the motto "holistic development in culture and talent," players are prioritized and given every opportunity to study at school, followed by training. In addition, their families manage their daily routines, including meals, sleep, and rest at home 100%.
Notably, the team's participation in the 2025 National U15 Football Championship is entirely funded through social contributions.
Leading the Ho Chi Minh City - Tri Viet U15 football team in the national football championship is coach Huynh Anh Tuan, a former Saigon Port player. In preparation for the 2025 U15 national football championship, the team combines players from the key talent development program (Group 8) with some players from the Ho Chi Minh City football talent development program. This ensures professional skills and physical fitness, and the team has also increased its training frequency to four sessions per week starting from the end of May 2025.

Coach Huynh Anh Tuan gave a statement and set goals for the tournament.
"Over the past two months, you guys have made significant progress in training and in the training tournament. Before that, the team faced difficulties because some of you were taking entrance exams and we only had 2-3 weeks to train," Coach Anh Tuan expressed.
In this group, the U15 Ho Chi Minh City coach stated that Dong Thap and An Giang are strong opponents, slightly better than his team, but he is confident of still having an 80-90% chance of securing a place in the final round. He also expressed pride that his players will be competing at Thong Nhat Stadium.
In Group E, U15 Ho Chi Minh City will face Khanh Hoa, Dong Thap, An Giang, and Can Tho .
Coach Huynh Anh Tuan and his team also aim to secure a spot in the final round of the 2025 National U15 Football Championship qualifiers.
