This achievement is not simply an index, but a recognition of Vietnam's persistent efforts in creating a peaceful and humane living environment; at the same time, it reflects the optimistic, benevolent spirit and the joint aspiration of millions of Vietnamese people always looking towards a prosperous, prosperous and loving future.
Continuing that pride, Vietnam Happy Fest 2025, chaired by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and organized by the Hanoi People's Committee, is taking place at Hoan Kiem Lake walking street, Hanoi (from December 5 to 7). It is not only a community cultural activity, but also an emotional journey, where joy and sharing are awakened through each experience.
With the model of “The Road of Happiness”, participants go through 13 stops, from digital exhibitions, art photo booths to “Happy Trees”, “Happiness Maps”. At each stop, visitors not only observe but also touch and feel to find the feeling that modern life easily fades. In a world where many people consider busyness as a measure of success and technology develops rapidly, the connection between people often becomes fragile. Therefore, Vietnam Happy Fest 2025 appears as a moment of silence, reminding us of the value of peace and presence.
The event does not aim at distant theories about “great happiness”, but gently brings people back to everyday life with moments of living truly with their emotions. At the Hoan Kiem Lake walking street area, participants can connect with the community through sincere interactions: children drawing, young people chatting, the elderly leisurely strolling and watching the streets… Happiness sometimes comes very lightly, an innocent drawing, a timely message or a moment captured in each photo is enough to warm people’s hearts.
Modern society talks a lot about economic growth, about 4.0 technology, about artificial intelligence... but we increasingly understand that the quality of life cannot be measured by the intelligence of robots. A strong community is where people feel safe, respected and have trust in each other. Vietnam Happy Fest 2025, in that way, opens up a necessary conversation about "sustainable happiness", a measure that many countries are pursuing when putting people at the center of sustainable development.
Especially, in the context of growing social networks that bring many connections but also easily sow pressure and skepticism, happiness becomes the "invisible asset" of each country. A community is only truly strong when people know how to trust, when kindness is not considered rare. When each person chooses to be a little more tolerant, kind, and share a little more, the seeds of happiness will be nurtured, not only for others but also for themselves, for their families, for the community where they live, study, and work. And it is those small seeds that are the foundation for a society to move forward in warmth and trust, civilization, and happiness.
