From outstanding Youth Union member to young Party member
The initial results in the work of recruiting and admitting students into the Party show the important role of schools in nurturing ideals, helping the younger generation to train, mature, and continue to strive and contribute on the road ahead.
Nam Le Hai Van, a student and Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union, Class President of 12A5 at the Ethnic Boarding High School (Ham Thang Ward), and one of the young Party members in the Cham community who was recently admitted, said: “Besides aiming for good academic performance, I always actively participate in volunteer activities and movements of the school and the local community; constantly improving my political awareness through Party awareness training courses.”
Many students with outstanding academic achievements, excellent conduct, and active participation in Youth Union and youth movements have been recognized and nurtured, contributing to the development of young human resources for the province. Mr. Luong Dao Quoc Dung, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Ethnic Boarding School, stated: “In implementing the resolutions of the Central Committee and the province on developing Party members in schools, the school pays special attention to selecting students with good academic and conduct results and active participation in movements. In particular, these students also contribute to spreading and promoting traditional cultural values and preserving ethnic cultural identity, so that they can be considered and recommended for Party membership.”

From the 2022-2023 school year to the present, the Ethnic Boarding High School has admitted 14 young Party members while they were still in school. According to Mr. Dung, to select these outstanding "red seeds," the school monitored and nurtured them from their early years in high school. These students, admitted to the Party while still in school, will be the core force at universities, clubs, organizations, associations, and in the localities where they study and live in the future.
Igniting ideals in the younger generation.
At Nguyen Van Linh High School, seven outstanding students were recently admitted to the Party. This is an encouraging result in the school's Party branch's work in educating students on revolutionary ideals, nurturing outstanding Youth Union members, and developing young Party members. Despite being a young school, Nguyen Van Linh High School always considers political and ideological education and the cultivation of revolutionary ideals for students as a central task in its comprehensive education. The school focuses on identifying and nurturing outstanding Youth Union members, while also promoting the role of the Youth Union in creating an environment for students to train, strive, and grow.

In the last five years, the school has admitted 15 outstanding students into the Party. Each student Party member admitted is a "red seed" nurtured within the school.
Tran Diem Kieu My (a 12th-grade student) emotionally shared: “Being a member of the Communist Party of Vietnam is a great honor and source of pride for me. This is not only a recognition of my efforts in studying and training, but also a motivation for me to continue striving. I will constantly study, cultivate my morals, live responsibly, and be more exemplary to be worthy of the trust of the Party organization and the title of a Party member.”
In the context of educational reform, developing Party members among students is of great importance, contributing to the rejuvenation of the Party membership and spreading beautiful ideals and a sense of responsibility among young people. The results achieved demonstrate the attention of the Party committees and branches of the school in political and ideological education and building a comprehensive educational environment. This further affirms the school's role in nurturing outstanding Youth Union members, contributing to the training of a generation of young citizens with knowledge, character, ideals, and responsibility towards their homeland and country.
