South Korean striker Nguyen Van Toan played 62 minutes as Seoul E-Land defeated Ansan Greeners 2-1 in Round 15 of the K-League 2.

Goals: Jeong Jae-min 90'+3 - Byeon Gyung-jun 43', Bruno Oliveira 70'.

Van Toan started the match, forming a front three with Lee Si-heon and Lee Jung-mun. This marked his 10th official appearance for Seoul E-Land, totaling 410 minutes of playing time, including eight matches in K-League 2. The 1996-born striker also provided an assist in Seoul E-Land's 6-0 victory over Bucheon 1995 on March 29th in the second round of the national cup.

On the Ansan Wa pitch, Van Toan played actively, but the rain made coordination difficult. The Vietnamese striker's first notable contribution was a yellow card after a foul in the 32nd minute.

In the 38th minute, goalkeeper Lee Hee-seong made a mistake, giving Van Toan a one-on-one opportunity, but his right-footed curling shot was inaccurate. Two minutes later, the 27-year-old striker broke the offside trap, pushed the ball past the goalkeeper, and passed it back to a teammate. In a clear position, Lee Jung-mun took a weak shot which was blocked by an Ansan Greeners defender.

Seoul E-Land didn't have to regret it for long as Byeon Gyung-jun opened the scoring in the 43rd minute from an assist by Lee Si-heon. Towards the end of the half, Seoul E-Land nearly conceded an equalizer after Kim Jae-sung's shot hit the crossbar.

In the second half, the home team Ansan Greeners launched a series of attacks, including two direct free-kick opportunities near the penalty area, but failed to capitalize on them. In the 48th minute, Jeong Jae-min put the ball into the net against Seoul E-Land, but after the referee consulted VAR, the goal was disallowed.

Faced with that situation, coach Park Choong-kyun successively substituted all three attacking players off the field, with Van Toan being the last to leave in the 62nd minute, making way for Hwang Jeong-uk.

Eight minutes later, Seoul E-Land doubled their lead after Bruno Oliveira dribbled across the penalty area and curled a beautiful left-footed shot. Towards the end of the match, both teams exchanged attacks, and Ansan Greeners pulled one back in the third minute of added time thanks to Jeong Jae-min.

With a 2-1 victory, Seoul E-Land secured three consecutive wins in K-League 2. Prior to this, they defeated Bucheon 1995 2-0 and Cheonan City 3-2. They now have 20 points, placing them eighth in the league.
