Since normalizing relations, signing a bilateral trade agreement, becoming Strategic Partners, and then upgrading to Comprehensive Strategic Partnerships, Vietnam and the United States have been considered a model in international relations.
On the evening of September 22nd, local time, at the headquarters of the Permanent Mission of Vietnam to the United Nations, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh held a cordial meeting with his American friends.
