Competing with many large IT enterprises in the US and India, Viettel took the lead at the IT World Awards 2023 with 100% of the products and services made by Viettel participating in the competition.
Military Industry - Telecommunications Group (Viettel) has just been honored as the enterprise with the most awards at IT World Awards 2023. This is an annual award organized by Network Product Guide (Silicon Valley, USA) since 2006 to honor typical achievements and contributions of the IT industry worldwide. This is also the only and most prestigious award in the IT field. Overcoming IT powerhouses such as the US and India, Viettel's Make in Vietnam solutions continue to affirm the IT capabilities of Vietnamese people.
Specifically, Viettel won 37/261 awards, including 23 Gold prizes, 4 Silver prizes and 10 Bronze prizes. The percentage of Gold awards achieved increased by 10% compared to the previous year and 23 times compared to the first time (in 2016) thanks to the innovative solutions Made by Viettel, which was highly appreciated by the council of more than 600 IT experts worldwide. Second place is BairesDev® from the US with 2 Gold awards.
