This year's awards continue to showcase many new developments in contemporary design thinking through three categories: Top 10 Houses, Top 10 Interior Designs, and Top 10 Green Projects.

Notably, within the framework of the event, the Organizing Committee also announced its plan to expand the awards system from 2026 with two new categories: Top 10 Social Housing and Top 10 C-Solutions. According to experts, the addition of these categories shows the increasing interest of the architecture industry in the problem of housing for the masses, along with the need for technological innovation, materials, and sustainable development solutions in the context of rapid urbanization.
Speaking at the event, architect Vuong Dao Hoang, Head of the Top 10 Awards Organizing Committee, said that the award aims to become a "high-quality filter" for the architecture industry, recognizing outstanding projects that contribute to living spaces, human values, and sustainable development trends.

One of the highlights of the Top 10 Awards 2025 is the "Sailing Pavilion" designed by Dplus Vietnam, open to the public from May 22nd to September 31st, 2026, at the Hanoi Museum grounds. Inspired by the image of a sail filled with wind, the exhibition space uses woven bamboo materials and is organized in a radial structure with a "Heritage Core" at the center, conveying the spirit of integration and creativity while still preserving the indigenous cultural values of Vietnamese architecture.
Sharing his design vision, architect Phuong Doan, representing Dplus Vietnam, stated that Pavilion is not simply an exhibition space but also aims to become a visual symbol for the development of contemporary Vietnamese architecture. According to him, the image of "Sailing" represents the spirit of daring to innovate and reach further, while still being guided by the depth of local culture.
According to the judging panel, this year's honored projects demonstrate a growing focus on human elements, local context, and green solutions in architectural design. Many projects clearly show efforts to combine technology, sustainable materials, and the community's need for experiential living spaces. The Top 10 Awards 2025 therefore continues to be seen as a forum for professional networking, contributing to the dissemination of new architectural trends to the public and the professional community.
