NTU 2026 Non-Specialized English Olympic Finals

On the evening of May 24th, Nha Trang University organized the final round of the NTU 2026 Non-Specialized English Olympic Competition with the theme "The human script in a digital age".

The final round featured five teams selected from the preliminary round, each consisting of five students from the university's schools and faculties, including: the School of Economics and Business; the School of Fisheries and Life Sciences; the School of Engineering and Technology; the Faculty of Information Technology; and the Faculty of Tourism.

The organizers presented commemorative flags to the participating teams.

The final round was lively, consisting of three parts: team introductions through artistic performances such as singing, dancing, and drama; a knowledge test; and an English public speaking competition. The teams demonstrated confidence, language skills, and diverse knowledge through engaging performances. In particular, the public speaking competition offered many fresh perspectives on learning, integration, and student skills in the digital age. As a result, the organizers awarded first prize to the team from the School of Economics and Business, and second, third, and two consolation prizes to the remaining teams.

The competition aims to improve English proficiency, create a beneficial academic platform, and promote a spirit of learning and exchange among students throughout the university, especially those not majoring in English. It also provides an opportunity for students to showcase their English skills, critical thinking, creativity, presentation skills, and teamwork abilities in a dynamic and healthy competitive academic environment.
