At the event, director Leon Le expressed his gratitude to the cast, crew, and audience who have supported and shown special affection for the film. According to him, although the film has participated in many international film festivals, it still gives him a sense of excitement because domestic audiences are the ones who best appreciate the film's authenticity.

The screening in Ho Chi Minh City received many positive reactions. For actress Do Thi Hai Yen, this was a very significant milestone marking her return to cinema after 10 years.
