From the people's will to the Party's ideology
In Minh Xuan ward, the central district of the province, preparations for the big event are more bustling than ever. Walking through the main streets or venturing into the smallest alleys, everywhere is ablaze with the vibrant red of the national flag, banners, and propaganda slogans. At the locations where voter lists and candidate biographies are posted, touching scenes of the seriousness and responsibility of the people are easily encountered.
Mr. Nguyen Duy Can, 102 years old, residing in Group 4, Minh Xuan Ward, is one of the oldest voters in polling unit No. 1, polling station 32. Slowly putting on his old reading glasses, carefully examining each line of text and each portrait of the candidates, Mr. Can smiled gently, his voice still firm. He shared that he has voted since the first National Assembly term, experiencing many historical periods, but each time he holds a ballot, the emotion remains as strong as the first time. For him, the ballot is not just a personal right but a sacred responsibility to his ancestors and future generations. He reads carefully and scrutinizes thoroughly to choose those who truly have heart and vision. He especially hopes for those who dare to think, dare to act, and dare to take responsibility to lead the country and his province to strong breakthroughs in the new term.

Sharing that same belief, in Hong Tien village, Tung Ba commune, Mr. Vuong Duc Chung is also meticulously comparing information on the candidates. At his advanced age, his faith is not placed in empty promises but in the actual contributions and revolutionary ethics of each delegate in their respective positions.
While the elderly bring calmness and experience, the younger generation—especially those exercising their civic rights for the first time—carries with pride and a strong desire to contribute.
Le Minh Anh, a student from Tuyen Quang Specialized High School, excitedly shared: "March 15th is not only a national celebration but also a personal milestone as I turn 18. This is the most meaningful birthday gift. Seeing my name on the voter list for the first time, I feel truly mature, becoming a part of the country, having the right to decide and contribute my voice to the common destiny of the nation." Not stopping at pride, Minh Anh demonstrated the sharp thinking of a "Gen Z" by spending time with her friends researching and understanding the action programs of the candidates through QR codes and social media.

At Tan Trao University and other training institutions, the spirit of "looking forward to the election" is also surging. Youth union meetings and online forums about the election attract thousands of interactions. The enthusiasm of Minh Anh and thousands of other young people is vivid evidence that the political awareness of the younger generation has significantly improved. They are not voting merely for the sake of voting, but voting with their minds, with careful selection, and with the hearts of those who truly want to be masters of their own future.
This election is not only a task for the State, but also a symbol of the strength of national unity. At religious institutions in the area, the message of "good life, beautiful faith" is being strongly disseminated. Father Tran Quang Thu of Dong Chuong Parish shared: The parish always reminds parishioners that voting is a right, but also a duty to build the homeland. A virtuous and compassionate representative will be a bridge helping parishioners contribute to the overall development of the province. Not only are they spreading the message, but many religious leaders are also directly participating in polling stations, acting as an extension of the community to disseminate information about the list of candidates to each believer, creating widespread consensus within the community.

In remote, mountainous, and border communes, despite the challenging terrain, the spirit of the ethnic minority people towards March 15th is incredibly warm and vibrant. Loudspeakers echo throughout the mountain slopes and villages. News bulletins are broadcast in both the common language and the Hmong, Dao, Tay, and Nung languages, helping people understand their rights and obligations. Mr. Ly Mi Na, a Hmong man from Pa Vi Ha village, Meo Vac commune, enthusiastically said: “Officials came to my house to explain, and I understand now! We must vote for good, capable people so that our people's stomachs are full, electricity reaches the village, and literacy is maintained. Everyone is excited, telling each other that on that day we must wear our best clothes, like going to the Gau Tao festival, to cast our votes.”
In border regions, each vote is not only a choice of representatives but also a building block in the fortress of national unity. When each citizen is a "living landmark," going to the polls is an affirmation of sovereignty and unwavering faith in the Party and the State.

Ensuring the safety of each polling station and voter.
Ensuring security, order, and safety at polling stations and for voters is a prerequisite for the successful conduct of the March 15th election. According to reports from the Provincial Police and the Provincial Military Command, 100% of the forces have been mobilized and maintained at the highest level of readiness to ensure absolute safety for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.
At the border regions of the country, the armed forces and border guards are the resilient "shields." Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Cong Son, Commander of Son Vi Border Guard Station, shared: The Party Committee and the Command Board of the unit have strictly maintained a 24/7 combat readiness duty; intensified patrols and closely monitored border routes, regardless of harsh weather conditions, fog, and cold. At the same time, they effectively combined this with propaganda work, developed security plans, and coordinated with forces stationed in the area to ensure security and order before, during, and after the election. In addition, the unit deployed officers using mobile loudspeakers for propaganda. In particular, they promoted the role of border guard station party members by participating in activities at village party branches and being responsible for households in border areas to educate the people and ensure they understand and implement the contents related to the election.

Support for disabled and elderly voters also received special attention. At each polling station, volunteers (youth union members, women's association members) received thorough training on service attitude and support skills. According to reports on election preparation by the Election Committees at all levels, people with mobility disabilities were picked up from their homes by volunteers using specialized vehicles. For visually impaired or elderly voters, members of the polling station staff provided direct assistance, reading out the list, guiding them in filling out the ballot according to the correct principles, voluntarily and with absolute confidentiality. In cases of serious illness, the polling station staff brought supplementary ballot boxes to the voters' bedsides.
To ensure the health of voters, the Provincial Election Committee also requested the Health Department to deploy medical personnel at each polling station. Each polling station is not only well-equipped but also has a separate medical area with emergency supplies, blood pressure monitors, and a team of medical staff on standby. Fire and explosion prevention drills, disaster response plans, and power outage response plans have been thoroughly implemented, ensuring absolute peace of mind for citizens exercising their civic rights on election day.

According to the Provincial Election Committee, the province has 762 electoral units, including 4 units for National Assembly elections, 13 units for Provincial People's Council elections, and 745 units for commune-level People's Council elections. At this moment, it can be confirmed that all preparations for the election are complete.
Traveling along these roads, witnessing the radiant smiles of the Mong, Dao, Tay, and Nung ethnic groups, or the dedication of the border guards stationed in the villages, we understand that March 15th is not simply a day for voting. It is also a symphony of self-reliance, a journey of converging faith to build a strong and prosperous Vietnam, beginning with the ballot of each voter.
