Workers arrived on time for their shifts and quickly resumed production after the long break. The company's leadership and trade union organized a New Year's gathering and gave lucky money to the employees. Mr. Nguyen Dang Hiep, Deputy Director of Na Duong Coal Company, said: "From the 7th day of the first lunar month, the company's staff and workers started returning to work. From the beginning of the year, the company proactively developed production management plans for each month and quarter; assigning specific production targets and workloads to each workshop and production team, along with the responsibility of the head of each team. Along with organizational restructuring, the company focused on directing units to increase production, proactively managing drilling, excavation, and transportation, ensuring continuity between stages… Thanks to the synchronized implementation of these solutions, the company has maintained stable production since the beginning of the year, aiming to complete and strive to exceed the planned production targets."

Reportedly, the province currently has approximately 5,700 operating businesses with a total registered capital of over 58,300 billion VND. Immediately after the Lunar New Year holiday of the Year of the Horse 2026, most businesses resumed production and business activities with enthusiasm and determination to achieve and surpass growth targets.
Mr. Dao Trong Tam, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Business Association, said: Currently, the Provincial Business Association has more than 600 member enterprises, operating in many production and business sectors. According to observations, from the 6th day of the first lunar month, some member enterprises of the association have resumed operations, putting their production lines back into operation; some enterprises have arranged for workers to work throughout the Tet holiday. At other units, workers returned to work later depending on the arrangements of each enterprise. Although the timing of resuming operations is not uniform, immediately after production resumed, the working atmosphere at factories and enterprises was very urgent and steady, creating a vibrant spirit for the new year.
Each production line, each team and group starting their shifts on time, creates a picture of a bustling yet orderly start to the new year. The early, bustling rhythm of the machines right from the beginning of the year not only reflects the proactive approach of the enterprise in organizing production, but also shows the trust and commitment of the workers when their rights and well-being are carefully considered.
