Units signed a commitment to participate in the "Living Blood Bank" model.
The ceremony was attended by representatives from the professional departments of the Provincial Police; leaders of the Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee of the commune; and representatives from agencies, units, businesses, and medical facilities in the area.
In his opening remarks, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Nga Son commune, Le Ngoc Khanh, emphasized that the establishment of these two models aims to improve the efficiency of managing foreigners in businesses, while also promoting a spirit of compassion and proactively supporting blood donation for emergency care and treatment of patients in critical situations.
At the launch ceremony, the operating regulations for the models were approved. Relevant units signed commitments to participate in both models.
In particular, the "Safe Business in Managing Foreigners" model has initially attracted 12 businesses operating in the area to register for participation.
Reportedly, Nga Son is one of 25 communes and wards in the province selected to pilot this model, which will serve as a basis for evaluation and expansion to 166 communes and wards in the future.
