Hoang Que ward has focused on investing in the comprehensive development of infrastructure, gradually improving the urban landscape and living space. Over the past five years, the ward has implemented 196 construction projects with a total investment of over 238 billion VND, focusing on transportation, cultural centers, lighting systems, clean water, drainage, sports facilities, and the environment, contributing to a significant transformation of the urban landscape towards a more modern and integrated model.
The transportation system has been gradually upgraded; many main roads and residential roads have been renovated and expanded, ensuring smooth connectivity. Along with this, village and neighborhood cultural centers and cultural-sports centers have been invested in comprehensively, not only serving community activities but also creating urban cultural spaces, contributing to the formation of a healthy and civilized lifestyle.
Alongside infrastructure investment, urban order management in Hoang Que ward has been implemented vigorously and regularly. Functional forces coordinate to inspect and handle violations of construction regulations, encroachment on roads, sidewalks, and traffic safety corridors. Thanks to regular and surprise inspections, violations of urban order have been gradually curbed, and the awareness of law compliance among residents and businesses has improved significantly.
The development of a civilized urban environment is also clearly demonstrated through concrete results in environmental protection. Currently, the rate of household waste collection in the area reaches approximately 98%, and the "Green Sunday" movement and waste sorting at source are widely implemented in residential areas. Many streets and neighborhoods have been planted with additional trees and equipped with waste sorting bins, contributing to improving the landscape and enhancing the quality of urban living.

Furthermore, Hoang Que ward places special emphasis on ensuring security and order. The political security and social order in the area are basically stable; no complex hotspots have arisen. Last year, the ward's police force maintained more than 1,000 night patrols, promptly preventing, detecting, and handling violations, contributing to maintaining a safe and peaceful living environment for the people.
Furthermore, self-governance models continue to be effective. The "Safe Fire Prevention and Control Neighborhood Group" model has been developed and expanded, linked with the dissemination of information and guidance to residents on equipping themselves with fire prevention and control equipment and skills on-site. Security camera systems and smart broadcasting systems have been invested in many residential areas, gradually forming a modern, technology-driven urban management approach.
A civilized urban environment is not only reflected in infrastructure and order, but also in cultural and social life. To date, 100% of the neighborhoods in the ward have maintained their status as cultural neighborhoods, and the percentage of cultural families remains high, exceeding 98%. Cultural, artistic, and sports activities are organized regularly, creating a rich spiritual space and contributing to building a united and compassionate urban community.

Administrative reform and digital transformation are also becoming important driving forces in building a civilized urban area in Hoang Que. 100% of administrative procedures are publicly available, standardized, and processed electronically, with 100% of applications being processed correctly and ahead of schedule. Models such as "Digital Neighborhoods," "Digital Citizens," and "Digital Families" are initially proving effective, helping people access public services more easily and contributing to building a government that is close to the people and serves the people.
Mr. Le Van Do, Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoang Que Ward, said: Building a civilized urban area is a long-term process, requiring the synchronized involvement of the entire political system and the consensus of the people. In recent times, Hoang Que Ward has focused on investing in infrastructure, strengthening urban order management, protecting the environment, and improving the quality of cultural life in residential areas. Building on the achievements already made, the locality will continue to implement comprehensive solutions, aiming to develop Hoang Que in a civilized, modern, and sustainable direction.
