Based on the communication theme, from June 1st, 2026 to June 30th, 2026, ministries, central agencies, mass organizations, and People's Committees of provinces and cities should proactively develop communication messages suitable to the characteristics of their respective agencies and localities. They can also refer to some message content including:
In response to the National Action Month on Prevention and Control of Domestic Violence in 2026;
Investing in the prevention and control of domestic violence is an investment in sustainable development.
Complying with laws on preventing and combating domestic violence is the responsibility of every individual, family, and society.
Mediation is not a solution to domestic violence.
Leveraging community strength in preventing and combating domestic violence;
Domestic violence is a violation of the law.
All acts of domestic violence must be detected and addressed promptly.
Speak up to stop domestic violence;
Speak up when you experience violence or witness domestic violence;
Love has no place for violence;
Say no to domestic violence;
Building a family: Exemplary grandparents and parents, filial children and grandchildren;
Strengthening family bonds and nurturing love;
Happiness will shine through in a family free from violence.
Activities in response to the National Action Month on Domestic Violence Prevention and Control in 2026 were organized in a diverse and practical manner: launching campaigns, rallies, conferences, training courses, seminars, and producing and distributing communication materials.

Communication efforts have been intensified through various mass media channels with diverse forms, tailored to different target groups and specific situations, such as: dissemination through radio and television systems, local information systems in communes, wards, and towns; electronic information websites, online newspapers, and print newspapers.
In addition, there is a need to strengthen the digitalization of communication on preventing and combating domestic violence through social media, text messages, and various forms of internet-based media.
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism also requests that ministries, central agencies, mass organizations, and the People's Committees of provinces and cities use the guidance in this document to direct and organize the implementation accordingly.
