During the match between Hanoi U.14 and Hoai Duc U.14 in the third round of the 2025 Northern Region U.14 Club Football Tournament, player Ly Trung Hieu created a viral sensation on social media when he celebrated wearing a shirt with the words "Dad, please give up beer."

The young man is concerned about his parents.

Those four words, though brief, encapsulate a great deal of affection from the player wearing jersey number 4 for his father.

Sharing the story behind it, the 14-year-old player said: "Currently, my father is showing signs of liver disease and diabetes. I feel very sad because my friends around me don't think about my father's health. I'm very worried and hope my father will stop drinking beer to stabilize his health, so I came up with that idea. Before the match, some other friends helped me make that shirt and agreed that if anyone scored a goal, I would 'celebrate with them' to send my message. My whole family saw the picture and called me, and my father also promised to limit his beer consumption. I'm very happy about that."

"My father is a very good person, affectionate and straightforward. He always tells me to live and train hard, and to care for others. My biggest dream right now is to become a professional player.
