These groups often post information related to the location, patrolling and control locations of Lam Thao district traffic police force and neighboring areas.
During the investigation process, Lam Thao District Police determined that the group leader, who also directly ran all activities of the above groups, included Bui Quang H. (born 1988, in Son Vi commune, Lam Thao district); Nguyen Duc A. (born 2001, Thach Son commune, Lam Thao district); Nguyen Van H. (born 1970, Lam Thao town, Lam Thao district).
Lam Thao district police consolidated records and handled administrative violations in the above 3 cases with a fine of 17,5 million VND, and at the same time requested them to eliminate Zalo groups with illegal activities.
