According to the latest report from the International Centre for Sports Studies (CIES), Barcelona's talent is valued at €358 million. This figure puts Yamal far ahead of a host of big names in world football, including Erling Haaland, who ranks second with a valuation of €227 million. Kylian Mbappe is in third place with a valuation of approximately €166 million.
Yamal's remarkable rise stems from his impressive performances last season. Despite being only 18 years old, the Spanish player played a major role in helping Barcelona win the La Liga title and the Spanish Super Cup. Besides these team achievements, the striker born in 2007 also significantly improved his individual record, scoring 24 goals, six more than the previous season.
Besides Yamal, Barcelona also boasts Pau Cubarsi, valued at €124 million by CIES and the world's most valuable central defender. Meanwhile, Real Madrid's Arda Guler, also valued at €124 million, is the world's most valuable midfielder. In the goalkeeper position, Gianluigi Donnarumma takes the top spot with a valuation of €79 million.

The CIES report also noted significant fluctuations in the transfer market. Since the last update in January, the player whose value increased the most was Yan Diomande of RB Leipzig, with a rise of 75 million euros. Conversely, striker Alexander Isak (Liverpool) was the player whose value decreased the most, losing 54 million euros.
Looking at the past year, Diomande is still the player with the biggest jump in value, increasing by 116 million euros. Meanwhile, Jude Bellingham (Real Madrid) is the name that has seen the most significant drop in value, with his transfer value decreasing by 113 million euros.
