With the total supply sold to foreigners reaching nearly 6.000 units as mentioned above, the number sold to foreigners only reached nearly 30% of the total supply, with 1.623 units sold or donated to organizations and individuals. foreign. Of which, 480 houses have been certified.
In addition to announcing the supply list of projects sold to foreigners, the Binh Duong Department of Construction also updated the list of housing projects in the province that are eligible to sell houses formed in the future.
Specifically, from March 3 to May 2016, Binh Duong province has 5 projects that can raise capital when selling houses formed in the future. In which, from the beginning of 2023 to now, the province has only 99 housing projects with a total of 2023 eligible houses for sale.
