This morning, February 22nd, at the Hanoi City Archives Center, the Hanoi City Civil Servant Recruitment Examination Council held the opening ceremony for the first recruitment examination of Hanoi City civil servants in 2024.
In the first recruitment examination for civil servants in Hanoi in 2024, 103 candidates met the eligibility criteria.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Tran Dinh Canh, Director of the Hanoi Department of Internal Affairs and Chairman of the Hanoi City Civil Servant Recruitment Examination Council, said that to best prepare for this examination, the Hanoi City Civil Servant Recruitment Examination Council has implemented preparatory tasks in accordance with regulations and rules; and has guided agencies, units, and localities under the city in carrying out organizational tasks and completing application procedures.
According to the registration list, the Council reviewed and decided on a list of 103 candidates who met the criteria to participate in the first recruitment examination for civil servants in Hanoi in 2024, representing 12 departments and agencies and 22 districts and towns.
Given the current demands, tasks, and workload at agencies and units under Hanoi City, the Council hopes that candidates will confidently take the examination and achieve the best possible results. Within the 180-minute time limit, with a 100-point scale, candidates should focus their time and intellect on the practical skills and knowledge section related to their current position and field of work (worth a maximum of 60 points). I am confident that with the efforts of the candidates and the fair and objective work of the City Council, the first phase of the Hanoi City Civil Servant Recruitment Examination in 2024 will be successful, selecting individuals with sufficient competence and qualifications to work as civil servants for the city, contributing to the development of the capital in the coming time,” Mr. Tran Dinh Canh emphasized.
According to representatives of the City's Civil Servant Recruitment Examination Council, starting today, from February 23-25, 2024, assigned members of the Council will organize the marking and grading of examination papers; on February 26, 2024, the Council will meet to announce the examination results. From there, the Council will submit the results to the Director of the Department of Internal Affairs for approval before February 27, 2024.
