On the evening of May 1, at Sun Carnival Square, Bai Chay Ward, Ha Long City, the Ha Long Carnival 2025 program took place with the theme "Connecting Heritage - Shining Pioneers".

The 2025 Carnaval program is one of the special events in the series of activities of Ha Long Summer Tourism Week 2025. The program will take place at 8:00 p.m. on May 1, 2025 with the gathering of thousands of actors, professional artists, international art troupes, and artisans with 3 chapters recreating and conveying the unique cultural features of Quang Ninh to a large number of people and tourists, including: Chapter I: Ha Long Heritage - Brilliant Wonder; Chapter II: Quang Ninh - Heritage in the Heart of Heritage; Chapter III: Integration with Five Continents - Shining Pioneer.

Along with that, there will be additional DJ performances and high-altitude fireworks displays.

The program will be broadcast live on QTV1, QTV3, livestreamed on the fanpage QMG - Quang Ninh News 24/7 of Quang Ninh Provincial Media Center and rebroadcast on TV channels in many localities across the country.
