The Ha Long Carnival 2025 will take place at 8 PM on May 1st.

On the evening of May 1st, at Sun Carnival Square, Bai Chay Ward, Ha Long City, the Ha Long Carnival 2025 program took place with the theme "Connecting Heritage - Pioneering and Shining Bright".

The 2025 Carnival program is one of the special events in the series of activities of the 2025 Ha Long Summer Tourism Week. The program will take place at 8 PM on May 1st, 2025, bringing together thousands of professional actors and artists, international art troupes, and artisans. It will feature three chapters recreating and conveying the unique cultural characteristics of Quang Ninh to a wide audience of locals and tourists: Chapter I: Ha Long Heritage – A Brilliant Wonder; Chapter II: Quang Ninh – Heritage within Heritage; Chapter III: Integration with the World – Pioneering and Shining.
