Nearly 100 athletes from 17 teams, comprising police officers and soldiers from various units and localities across the country, participated in the competition. The athletes competed in both individual and team events.

The "Breaking Through" section simulates real-life combat situations, requiring officers and soldiers to apply martial arts techniques, physical strength, and high concentration to break hard objects such as tiles, wood, and load-bearing bricks. This section assesses the accuracy and decisiveness of strikes, situational handling skills, and combat prowess of the People's Public Security Force.

The tests are designed to closely match the practical requirements of the job; contributing to improving the physical fitness, combat skills, and readiness of officers and soldiers to perform their duties.

At the end of the competition, the Organizing Committee awarded prizes to the teams and individuals who achieved outstanding results.
In the team competition, first place went to the Police Cluster No. 1; three second-place prizes went to the Cao Bang Provincial Police, Hanoi City Police, and Tuyen Quang Provincial Police; and five third-place prizes went to the Quang Ninh Provincial Police, Lao Cai Provincial Police, Bac Ninh Provincial Police, Lang Son Provincial Police, and Dien Bien Provincial Police.

In the individual category, the first prize went to an athlete from the Lao Cai Provincial Police; the three second prizes went to athletes from Police Cluster No. 1, Phu Tho Provincial Police, and Cao Bang Provincial Police; and the five third prizes went to athletes from Tuyen Quang Provincial Police, Quang Ninh Provincial Police, Hanoi City Police (2 prizes), and Dien Bien Provincial Police.

According to the plan, military, martial arts, and other sports activities such as obstacle courses, shooting (exercise 9), football, pickleball, etc., will continue until May 27th.
