According to the Investment Project Management Board for the construction of cultural and social works in Hanoi, with an investment of more than 1.300 billion VND, the new children's palace in Hanoi is built with a modern and spacious design with an area of nearly 40.000 m2, expected to be completed in 2024.

The children's supply project is built in the CV1 park and lake (Cau Giay new urban area, Hanoi), bordering between two districts of Cau Giay - Nam Tu Liem, on Pham Hung street, opposite My Dinh bus station. The project includes a theater of about 800 seats; 3 seats 4D-200D cinema; 500-seat gymnasium – 10-lane swimming pool; Astronomical tower and library and administrative block - office... combined with smart and modern automatic equipment.
According to the design, the Children's Palace project has 2 houses. In which, building A has 7 floors, the foundation structure has been completed, building to the 3rd floor. Building A includes: cinema, art club, multi-purpose theater, experimental garden. Area B has also been formed, building items on the ground including: Administrative building block; astronomical tower; gymnasium and swimming pool; school and library. The project aims to meet the needs of children in the capital city for entertainment, sports competitions, physical training, cultural and artistic exchanges, creating a favorable environment for the development of future talents.

The project of urban railway in Hanoi city, section Nhon - Hanoi Station: Has a length of 12,5 km, including 8,5 km of elevated road and 4 km of underground with a total investment of 32,9 trillion VND. Up to now, the overall progress of the project has reached about 76,5%, of which the progress of the construction of the elevated stage is 99%; the underground section reached 33%.
Vinh Tuy Bridge Project (phase 2): Started in January 01 with a total investment of more than 2021 trillion VND, invested by the City Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board. The project has begun construction of the first composite block bearing the symbol KN-2,5. The project is focusing on the construction of the remaining items to complete the whole project on September 1, 2.
Children's Hospital Project (phase 1): Started on February 26, 02, in Yen Nghia Ward - Ha Dong District. The project has an area of 2022 m67.863 with an investment of nearly 2 billion VND, including a 785-storey building block with 1 units, in phase 6 (2-1) the hospital bed size is 2021 inpatient beds, in the long run the total capacity will be 2024 beds. Up to now, the project has disbursed 200% of the capital plan, the completion time is expected in the first quarter of 500.

Ring Road 4 - Capital Region: With a length of 112,8 km, the first point is on the Noi Bai - Lao Cai highway (in Thanh Xuan commune, Soc Son district), the end point is on the Noi Bai - Ha Long highway (in Que Vo district, Bac Ninh province). The project is divided into 7 component projects, with the total estimated investment for phase 1 about 85,8 trillion VND. The goal is to start construction of Ring Road 4 in June 6, basically complete it in 2023 and put it into operation in 2026.
