57 plots of land were auctioned off for over 75 billion VND.

On May 30th, Nhat An Phu Auction Company, Ho Chi Minh City branch, held its second auction for land use rights, offering 57 plots of land in the central market area of ​​Xuyen Moc district.

This was a large-scale district-level auction, with 47 participating customers. The auction organizer mobilized more than 20 secretaries to assist customers and flexibly handled any arising situations to ensure the auction proceeded in an orderly, transparent manner and in accordance with the law .

After a day of work, 57 land plots were successfully auctioned. Ultimately, the winning bid for all 57 plots totaled over 75 billion VND, an increase of more than 4.3 billion VND compared to the starting price.

Plots of land in the central market of Xuyen Moc district have just been put up for auction.

Previously, on May 12th, at the first auction, 84 land plots were successfully auctioned off, bringing in over 123 billion VND for the state budget.
