CNN (USA) has just announced a list of the 25 best sandwiches in the world. Vietnamese banh mi is on the list. The American newspaper has selected the 25 best sandwiches in the world, a culinary journey through slices of bread and flavorful fillings.

CNN introduces Vietnam's banh mi as a culinary legacy left over from the French colonial period, which has been adapted by the Vietnamese to local tastes to create one of the most famous street foods in the world.
