The first French bakery in the Ba Na Hills tourist area has just opened, offering more opportunities for lovers of European cuisine. This is the renowned pastry brand Eric Kayser, founded in 1996 by master baker Éric Kayser (Paris). The Maison Kayser name is now present in over 300 stores in 26 countries worldwide, from New York and Tokyo to Dubai and Singapore .

According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Tham, Director of the city's Tourism Promotion Center, the restaurants at the top of Ba Na Hill and the newly opened French bakery are the result of Da Nang's culinary promotion efforts over many years.

Chef Pham Dinh Long, a member of the Da Nang Culinary Association and a head chef who has worked in many 5-star restaurants in the city, observes that European cuisine is now very popular with Da Nang residents and tourists.
