National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man witnessed the signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation between the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province and the Korean Business Association in Vietnam, Hanoi University of Science and Technology, and the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology.
