Mr. Nguyen The Minh, Standing Deputy Secretary of Quang Ninh Provincial Youth Union, has just been recognized as Secretary of Quang Ninh Provincial Youth Union, term XII, 2022-2027.

On January 7, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Quang Ninh province held a conference to announce the decision of the Central Youth Union Secretariat on personnel work.

According to the decision of the Central Secretariat of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, Mr. Nguyen The Minh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Youth Union, was recognized as Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Youth Union for the 12th term, 2022-2027.

Secretary of the Central Youth Union Nguyen Tuong Lam and Deputy Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee Dang Xuan Phuong presented the decision and flowers to congratulate Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Youth Union Nguyen The Minh.

Attending and handing over the decision to Mr. Nguyen The Minh, Secretary of the Central Youth Union, President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union Nguyen Tuong Lam requested that the new Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Youth Union promote the role of youth leader, be proactive, dare to think, dare to do, dare to take responsibility, dare to innovate, be exemplary to continue to improve the quality of youth union work and youth movements in the area.
