Mr. Nguyen The Minh, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Youth Union, has been recognized as the Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Youth Union for the 12th term, 2022-2027.
On January 7th, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Quang Ninh province held a conference to announce the decision of the Central Committee of the Youth Union on personnel matters.
According to a decision by the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, Mr. Nguyen The Minh, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Youth Union, has been recognized as the Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Youth Union for the 12th term, 2022-2027.
Attending and presenting the appointment decision to Mr. Nguyen The Minh, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Youth Union, and President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union, Mr. Nguyen Tuong Lam requested that the new Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Youth Union promote the role of youth leader, be proactive, dare to think, dare to act, dare to take responsibility, dare to innovate, and be exemplary to continue improving the quality of youth union work and youth movements in the province. Along with that, he should build a strong and united team; design many effective youth union activities that contribute to the overall socio-economic development of the locality.
In his acceptance speech, the Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Youth Union, Nguyen The Minh, pledged to be dedicated, committed, and eager to learn; to use all his abilities, intellect, and passion to work together with the Standing Committee and Executive Committee of the Provincial Youth Union to continue building a united, proactive, and creative team to live up to the trust and expectations of the Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee and the Central Secretariat of the Youth Union.
