Implementing the "green lane" system to expedite the progress of key projects.

In the first three months of 2025, the socio -economic situation in Tay Ho district continued to be maintained, stabilized, and developed, with some indicators exceeding those of the same period last year, and budget revenue reaching 159% of the annual plan.

Administrative reform efforts continued to be directed and implemented, and the district's administrative reform index showed many positive changes, ranking 7th out of 30 districts, counties, and towns in 2024 (an increase of 16 places compared to 2023).

Regarding Party building work, in the first quarter of 2025, 6,895 out of 7,689 Party members were assessed as "four-good Party members," reaching 89.7%; 238 out of 269 Party branches achieved "four-good Party branches," equivalent to 88%. Organizational and personnel work was carried out strictly, correctly, and effectively; the restructuring of the political system's organizational apparatus was implemented according to the directives of the Central Committee and the City Party Committee…

Speaking at the conference, the Secretary of the District Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Tay Ho District People's Council, Le Thi Thu Hang, praised, acknowledged, and highly appreciated the results that Tay Ho district had achieved in the first quarter of 2025.

Regarding future tasks, the Secretary of the Tay Ho District Party Committee proposed that the entire district Party Committee focus on implementing five key tasks. Accordingly, along with focusing on economic development and budget revenue and expenditure, the district's functional units should decisively direct the acceleration of the implementation of key projects, such as: the construction project of Dang Thai Mai road; the Thuy Khue drainage canal project; the environmental improvement project of Tu Lien lake..., striving to increase the disbursement rate of investment capital in the second quarter of 2025.

Specifically, it is necessary to coordinate and accelerate progress according to the "prioritizing green lanes" mechanism, ensuring compliance with the directives of the City People's Committee for the three key projects in the district (the Pearl Theater Project, the Central Guest House - West Lake Construction Project, and the Tu Lien Bridge Construction Project).

The Secretary of the Tay Ho District Party Committee requested that the entire district Party organization focus on effectively implementing the tasks of Party building and political system building; the Politburo 's and Secretariat's Conclusion No. 127 on conducting research and proposing further restructuring of the political system's organizational apparatus; and reviewing and evaluating the district and ward's cadres and civil servants according to the city's guidelines… in order to create high consensus and unity among cadres, Party members, civil servants, and all strata of the people.

Secretary of the Tay Ho District Party Committee, Le Thi Thu Hang, expressed confidence that, with a spirit of unity and responsibility, Tay Ho district will continue to effectively implement key tasks in Party building and political system development; effectively implement the main targets for socio-economic development, thereby successfully carrying out the streamlining of the administrative apparatus as directed by the Central Government and the city.

At the conference, the Tay Ho District Party Committee announced the city's commendation decisions for collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing the City Party Committee's Programs 03, 06, 07, and 10; and awarded the Emulation Flag to the Party Committee, government, and people of Tay Ho district for outstanding achievements in summarizing the implementation of the City Party Committee's Program 04.
