The various levels of government and local authorities in Ba Chúc commune have focused on implementing many "effective mass mobilization" models suitable to the local situation. These models not only create momentum for socio -economic development but also contribute to improving the material and spiritual lives of the people, in line with the spirit of "effective mass mobilization leads to success in everything." A prime example is the Nui Nuoc hamlet's sedge mat weaving cooperative. From a traditional craft, the cooperative has become a livelihood support for many local workers, especially rural women. Besides creating stable jobs, the model contributes to preserving traditional crafts and producing environmentally friendly products for tourism and consumption.

According to Ms. Tran Thi Trang, head of the Nui Nuoc hamlet's mat weaving cooperative, the group always works alongside the Women's Union of the commune to expand the model and create more job opportunities for women. Currently, the cooperative has 34 members, with an average income of 6-7 million VND per person per month. "Having stable jobs right in the locality helps many women earn more income, reduce difficulties, and better care for their families," Ms. Trang shared.
Products made from sedge grass are environmentally friendly and reflect the unique cultural identity of the people of Ba Chúc commune. From handbags to decorative items, they have been well-received by consumers. Each day, members produce approximately 100 handcrafted sedge grass products. On average, the cooperative supplies about 3,000 products per month to markets in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi , Hue, and many other provinces and cities. Ba Chúc sedge grass products have also been exported to the Phu Quoc Special Economic Zone, with approximately 500 products sold in the first quarter of 2026 alone.
The "Effective Mass Mobilization" emulation movement in Ba Chúc commune is also present on every rural road through the "Farmers' Road Repair" model implemented by the Ba Chúc Commune Farmers' Association's Road Repair Team. With a spirit of voluntarism and community responsibility, 46 members of the team contribute to repairing damaged road sections, filling potholes, and clearing bushes, making travel more convenient and safer for the people. This model contributes to improving rural transportation infrastructure and inspires a spirit of collective effort in building the homeland among the people.
Mr. Thai Van Dat, head of the commune's road repair team, said that the model has received strong support and positive response from local people. Following the motto "The State and the People work together," members of the team, association members, and farmers voluntarily contribute their labor to repair dilapidated roads. "Whenever the commune's Farmers' Association launches a campaign, all members participate fully and enthusiastically because they are contributing to beautifying their homeland and serving the common good of the community," Mr. Dat said.
Through various campaigns, the commune's road repair team has used approximately 7 tons of concrete and asphalt to repair damaged areas and potholes on many roads, with a total length of about 8km. These smoother roads not only facilitate travel but also contribute to promoting trade and local economic development.
The two models above are highlights in the "Effective Mass Mobilization" emulation movement being widely implemented in Ba Chuc commune. According to Comrade Nguyen Thanh Tam - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Head of the Steering Committee for the "Effective Mass Mobilization" emulation movement in Ba Chuc commune, the Standing Committee of the commune's Party Committee focuses on leading and directing Party branches, Party committees, agencies, and units to promote the development and replication of models associated with the implementation of political tasks, socio-economic development, and caring for the people's lives.
From the beginning of 2026 to the present, the entire commune has developed an additional 37 "Effective Mass Mobilization" models, including 30 collective models and 7 individual models. Many models have proven to be practically effective, contributing to job creation, income improvement, environmental beautification, maintaining security and order, and strengthening national unity.
