The March 22nd morning bulletin of the Dai Doan Ket Newspaper on the Fatherland Front includes the following main points: Launching a widespread patriotic emulation movement among all strata of the people; Khanh Hoa continues to support 30% of voluntary social insurance contributions for poor households throughout the province for the period 2026-2030; Cao Bang has eliminated nearly 12,000 temporary and dilapidated houses; The National Data Association launched and held its first General Assembly.

Launch a widespread patriotic emulation movement among all strata of the people.

This was a proposal made by Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front , Hoang Cong Thuy, at the conference summarizing emulation and reward work in 2024 and implementing tasks for 2025.

On March 20th, in Hoa Lu City (Ninh Binh province), the Emulation Bloc of political -social organizations and federated organizations summarized their emulation and reward work for 2024 and outlined key tasks for 2025. (See details)

Khanh Hoa province will continue to subsidize 30% of voluntary social insurance contributions for poor households throughout the province during the period 2026-2030.

On March 21st, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Khanh Hoa province organized a social critique conference on the draft Resolution of the Provincial People's Council regarding the regulation of additional financial support for voluntary social insurance contributions in Khanh Hoa province for the period 2026-2030.

To effectively implement social welfare programs and encourage more people to participate in social insurance, Khanh Hoa province is considering and will continue to provide additional financial support for social insurance contributions to Vietnamese citizens aged 15 and above, who are registered as permanent residents in Khanh Hoa province and are not subject to mandatory social insurance. Cao Bang has eliminated nearly 12,000 temporary and dilapidated houses.

According to the Steering Committee for the Elimination of Temporary and Dilapidated Houses in Cao Bang Province, during the period 2021-2024, 11,880 houses throughout Cao Bang province received support, with a total budget of over 513 billion VND.

In 2024 alone, a total of 6,831 houses were supported, with funding exceeding 240 billion VND. Since the beginning of 2025, the province has completed 1,448 houses (1,074 new constructions, 374 renovations, and 889 under construction), disbursing 4.7 billion VND. (See details)

The National Data Association launched and held its first General Assembly.

On March 22nd, the National Data Association will officially launch and hold its first National Congress of Delegates for the 2025-2030 term. The Congress will have 200 official delegates, representing nearly 400 member organizations and individuals participating in the Association.

The first National Congress of Delegates was held with several key agendas: Announcing the decision to establish the National Data Association; presenting a summary report on the establishment process, the Association's Charter, and the draft guidelines and tasks for the 2025-2030 term; introducing the Executive Committee and the Inspection Committee of the Association for the first term (2025-2030); unveiling the logo; and adopting the Congress Resolution...
