The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting predicts that by 1 PM on June 15th, Typhoon No. 1 will move northeast at a speed of 15-20 km/h and gradually weaken into a tropical depression. At this time, the center of the tropical depression will be located over the mainland of Guangdong Province (China). The strongest winds near the center of the tropical depression will be at level 7, with gusts up to level 9.

By 1:00 AM on June 16th, the tropical depression was moving northeast at a speed of 20-25 km/h and gradually weakening into a low-pressure area. At this time, the center of the low-pressure area was located over the mainland of Guangdong province (China). The strongest wind speed was below level 6.

Due to the impact of typhoon No. 1, the eastern sea area of ​​the northern Gulf of Tonkin is experiencing strong winds of force 7-8, with winds near the center of the typhoon reaching force 9-10, gusting to force 12, and sea waves reaching 2.0-4.0m in height, resulting in very rough seas.

The western sea area of ​​the northern Gulf of Tonkin (including the island districts of Co To and Bach Long Vi) and the northwestern area of ​​the northern South China Sea will experience strong winds of level 6, gusting to level 8, with waves 2.0-3.0m high and rough seas.

Vessels operating in the aforementioned hazardous areas are susceptible to the effects of thunderstorms, tornadoes, strong winds, and high waves.

According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, on June 15th, the Northern region will experience hot weather, with some areas experiencing intense heat. The highest temperatures will generally range from 35-37 degrees Celsius, with some places exceeding 37 degrees Celsius. The lowest relative humidity will generally be at 55-60%; the heat will gradually subside from June 16th onwards.

On June 15-16, the area from Thanh Hoa to Phu Yen will experience hot weather, with some places experiencing intense heat. The highest temperatures will generally range from 35-37 degrees Celsius, with some areas exceeding 38 degrees Celsius. The lowest relative humidity will generally be 50-55%.

The National Center for Meteorological and Hydrological Forecasting warns that the heatwave in the Central region is likely to last for several more days.
