(PLVN) - Barca will face Inter at 2 AM on May 1st in the first leg of the Champions League semi-final.

Contrary to expectations, the first leg of the semi-final, played early this morning (2 AM on April 30th), resulted in a victory for the visiting team, PSG. Arsenal failed to capitalize on their home advantage to secure three points. This defeat means even greater difficulty as they must now play at PSG's Parc des Princes to seek a win. This seems almost impossible, given that PSG outplayed Arsenal in the first leg, and their home advantage will only amplify their strength.

The other semi-final will take place in the early hours of May 1st, with Barca facing Inter Milan, a match also considered to be evenly matched. In their last six official matches, Barca have only lost to Dortmund in the second leg of the quarter-finals, and that was also the only match they could afford to lose, having already won 4-0 in the first leg. Last weekend, Real Madrid's star-studded squad couldn't prevent Barca from winning the Copa del Rey in extra time after a thrilling 90 minutes.
