With the heat of the concerts, each program has attracted a huge audience from 10,000 to several tens of thousands of people, especially the enthusiasm of young people for their idols.
Keeping up with the trend, Quang Ninh has been preparing all conditions well to become one of the places to organize major events, grand art programs, special concerts to increase tourism products, enhance experiences, attract more tourists to Quang Ninh, as well as enrich the cultural and artistic values in the area for people to enjoy.
In recent times, Quang Ninh has also been the destination of famous concerts such as: Superfest Ha Long; “Anh trai say hi”, “Anh trai vu ngan cong gai”…, most recently Sky Wave Ha Long with the participation of singer Son Tung M-TP created an explosion, bringing eye-catching performances to more than 10,000 audiences.
Continuing these successes, at 8:00 p.m. on October 29, 2025, at October 30 Square, Ha Long Ward, Ha Long Concert 2025 will take place - "Heritage Spirit - Brightening the Future" - a special political art program organized by Quang Ninh province, welcoming the success of the 16th Provincial Party Congress, the 62nd anniversary of the province's founding (October 30, 1963 - October 30, 2025). The program is the beginning of a series of events to stimulate tourism in the province, implementing a breakthrough in developing a culture rich in Quang Ninh identity, associated with building and developing cultural industry, heritage economy, night economy, urban economy as proposed in the Resolution of the 16th Provincial Party Congress, promoting strong attraction of tourists in the fall and winter of 2025, making an important contribution to the province's economic growth.
The 120-minute program includes 4 main parts: (1) Introduction; (2) Statement of reasons for introducing delegates; (3) Reportage "Quang Ninh 62 years of construction and development"; (4) Special art performance combined with high-altitude fireworks display. The art performance is elaborately staged with 3 chapters that are consistent and emotionally connected: Chapter 1: The sacred land - Aspiration to rise; Chapter 2: Breakthrough to overcome difficulties - Aspiration to innovate; Chapter 3: Quang Ninh future - Aspiration to rise.
The highlight of the Program is the creativity between real-life scene - art performance - reportage - exchange, with the participation of famous singers and influential artists such as: Meritorious Artist Dang Duong, singer Tung Duong, Vo Ha Tram, Noo Phuoc Thinh, Duc Phuc, Phuong My Chi, Dong Hung, Bao Anh, Phuong Ly, Lam Bao Ngoc, Nguyen Hung, Rapper Rica, Oplus group, drum solo Thu Ha with actors and artists from Ha Long University, Then singing club Tinh Binh Lieu, Quang Ninh Youth and Children's Cultural Palace.
This is the largest-scale art program ever organized by Quang Ninh province with about 30,000 spectators attending. This is also the largest audience ever and millions of viewers on television and digital platforms.
To meet the needs of people and tourists participating in the program, the Organizing Committee issues 20,000 free online invitations (each person receives 1 invitation). Each successful registration will receive a QR-code, the audience is responsible for keeping the QR-code information confidential. Time to receive physical tickets: from 8:30 a.m. on October 27, 2025, to 11:30 a.m. on October 29, 2025. When receiving physical tickets, the audience must present the QR-code issued by the online registration system and the ID card for verification if necessary, to avoid duplication or fraud. In addition to watching Ha Long Concert 2025 live at the venue, people, tourists, and art lovers can watch the program through channels QTV1 and QTV3 of Quang Ninh Newspaper, Radio, and Television and widely broadcast on Newspapers, Radio, and Television of provinces and cities across the country.
