Special, grand art programs (concerts) have now become a trend that is favored by art and music lovers, especially young people. Keeping up with this trend, many provinces and cities, especially large urban areas, have attracted shows of singers, artists, and celebrities to their localities, thereby contributing to meeting the people's need to enjoy art, as well as promoting tourism and economic development.

Recently, many localities, including major provinces and cities such as Hanoi , Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, Hung Yen, and Ho Chi Minh City, have continuously hosted special concerts from famous singers and artists. Examples include the Hanoi Autumn Concert 2025; Ha Anh Tuan's Live Concert Sketch a Rose; Phan Manh Quynh's concert The Train Journey: Spring to Hanoi; the "Brother Overcoming a Thousand Obstacles" and "Brother Saying Hi" concerts; and individual concerts by Son Tung M-TP, Soobin, and JustaTee…

With the immense popularity of the concerts, each show attracted a huge audience ranging from 10,000 to tens of thousands of people, especially the fervent enthusiasm of young people for their idols.

Keeping pace with the trend, Quang Ninh has been preparing well to become one of the venues for major events, spectacular art programs, and special concerts to enhance tourism products, increase experiences, attract more tourists to Quang Ninh, and enrich the cultural and artistic values ​​of the area for the people to enjoy.

Recently, Quang Ninh has also been the destination for famous concerts such as: Superfest Ha Long; "Brother Says Hi", "Brother Overcomes Thousands of Obstacles"..., and most recently Sky Wave Ha Long with the participation of singer Son Tung M-TP, which created an explosion and delivered spectacular performances for more than 10,000 spectators.

Following these successes, at 8:00 PM on October 29, 2025, at 30/10 Square, Ha Long Ward, the Ha Long Concert 2025 – “The Spirit of Heritage – A Bright Future” – will take place. This special artistic and political program, organized by Quang Ninh province, celebrates the success of the 16th Provincial Party Congress and the 62nd anniversary of the province's founding (October 30, 1963 – October 30, 2025). The program marks the beginning of a series of events aimed at stimulating tourism in the province, implementing the breakthrough in developing Quang Ninh's rich cultural identity, linked to the construction and development of cultural industries, heritage economy, night economy, and urban economy as outlined in the Resolution of the 16th Provincial Party Congress. It will strongly promote tourism attraction in the autumn-winter season of 2025, making a significant contribution to the province's economic growth.

The program, lasting 120 minutes, consists of four main parts: (1) Introduction; (2) Statement of purpose and introduction of delegates; (3) Documentary "Quang Ninh 62 years of construction and development"; (4) Spectacular art performance combined with high-altitude fireworks display. The art performance is elaborately staged with three continuous, emotionally coherent chapters: Chapter 1: Land of spiritual significance - Aspiration to rise; Chapter 2: Breakthrough to overcome difficulties - Aspiration for innovation; Chapter 3: Quang Ninh's future - Aspiration to reach higher.

The highlight of the program is the creative blend of live performances, artistic presentations, documentaries, and interactive activities, featuring renowned singers and influential artists such as: Meritorious Artist Dang Duong, singers Tung Duong, Vo Ha Tram, Noo Phuoc Thinh, Duc Phuc, Phuong My Chi, Dong Hung, Bao Anh, Phuong Ly, Lam Bao Ngoc, Nguyen Hung, rapper Rica, Oplus group, solo drummer Thu Ha, along with actors and artists from Ha Long University, Binh Lieu Then Singing and Dan Tinh Club, and Quang Ninh Youth Cultural Center.

This was the largest art program ever organized by Quang Ninh province, with approximately 30,000 attendees. This was also the largest audience ever, and millions of people watched it on television and digital platforms.

To meet the demand for participation from residents and tourists, the Organizing Committee is issuing 20,000 free online invitation tickets (one ticket per person). Online registration at https://dangkyve.com will open at 7 PM on October 21st until the registration portal reaches the maximum number of successful registrants. Each successful registrant will receive a QR code, which they are responsible for keeping secure. Physical tickets will be collected from 8:30 AM on October 27th, 2025, to 11:30 AM on October 29th, 2025. When receiving the physical ticket, attendees are required to present the QR code issued by the online registration system and their Citizen Identification Card (CCCD) for verification if necessary, to prevent duplication or fraud. Ticket collection location: Quang Ninh Provincial Planning, Fair and Exhibition Center (Tran Quoc Nghien Street, Ha Long Ward, Quang Ninh).

In addition to watching the Ha Long Concert 2025 live at the venue, residents, tourists, and art lovers can watch the program on QTV1 and QTV3 channels of Quang Ninh Newspaper and Radio and Television, and it will be widely rebroadcast on newspapers and radio and television stations in provinces and cities nationwide.

The end of the year is "concert season," with many famous and well-known artists and singers deciding to organize large-scale, spectacular live concerts. With well-invested, spacious, and modern venues, along with professional and meticulous organization, Quang Ninh is expected to continue to be a destination for many famous concerts in the near future.
