During the New Year and Lunar New Year and the Spring Festival season of At Ty year 2025, according to Nuoc Ngam Bus Station, the number of passengers traveling to and from Hanoi to provinces and cities is expected to increase.
It is expected that passengers will gather at the bus station for routes to the provinces: Hai Phong, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh . The number of passengers during this period is likely to increase by 140-150% compared to normal days.
Passengers will gather at the bus station on Friday afternoon (January 24, 2025) and Saturday (January 25, 2025) and Sunday afternoon (February 2, 2025), Monday morning (February 3, 2025) to travel to the provinces: Hai Phong , Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh.

Nuoc Ngam Bus Station requires transport businesses to sign a commitment not to carry more seats than the prescribed number, to provide enough tickets for the bus station, to fully post ticket prices inside and outside the vehicle, and not to charge higher than the registered ticket price.
Have a dispatch plan, promptly deploy plans to ensure extra vehicles to relieve passengers on peak days, avoid traffic jams for too long or overnight in the station yard.
At the same time, the leaders of Nuoc Ngam Bus Station requested the station management board to strengthen inspection work, not to let businesses arbitrarily increase ticket prices, strictly comply with state regulations on inter-provincial passenger transport. Ensure good environmental hygiene, serve customers attentively, conveniently, safely, civilly and politely.
Drivers and assistants are required to commit not to transport flammable, explosive, prohibited goods, counterfeit goods, or overload.
At the same time, there is a plan to check vehicles and prepare additional vehicles to clear passengers during the day and peak hours. On days when there are crowded routes that need to be cleared early, the station will flexibly handle the situation and mobilize additional vehicles at appropriate times.
To ensure safety and order during the upcoming Tet holiday, Nuoc Ngam Bus Station will closely coordinate with Hoang Liet Ward Police, police forces, and Hoang Mai District Traffic Inspectorate to promptly inspect and handle vehicles violating transportation regulations and road traffic laws inside and outside the bus station.
