With the above series of violations, Dr Korea Cosmetic Hospital had its operating license revoked for 6 months and was fined 176 million VND. The person responsible for the technical expertise of the facility will also have his right to use his practicing certificate revoked for 6 months.
In addition, the facility was also forced to remove and delete advertisements for medical examination and treatment services that lacked content about the scope of professional activities stated in the operating license.
In addition to Dr Korea Cosmetic Hospital, the Department of Health Inspectorate also announced a series of other violating individuals and establishments. Specifically:

According to the Inspectorate of the Department of Health, these two business owners both committed similar violations: Using drugs, substances, and equipment to interfere with the human body to change skin color, weight, shape, etc. defects of body parts; tattooing, spraying, or embroidering on the skin using injectable anesthetics at a facility other than a hospital with a cosmetic specialty, a cosmetic clinic, or another medical examination and treatment facility with the scope of professional activities about cosmetic surgery.
MQ Import-Export Joint Stock Company (MQ Group) was fined 50 million VND by the Department of Health Inspectorate, stripped of its operating license for 3 months and stripped of the professional responsible person's practicing certificate for 2 months because of violations. at the Branch of the Dental and Maxillofacial Clinic (Cinderella Dental Clinic - 274 Le Van Sy, Ward 14, District 3).
In addition to fining MQ Group, the Department of Health Inspectorate also fined Mr. Ho Minh Ghi, an employee working at the dental clinic, a fine of 35 million VND for performing medical examination and treatment without a practicing certificate.
