After 30 years of formation and development, up to now the Young Entrepreneurs Association has been established in 63 provinces and cities; There are 15 affiliated clubs with a total of nearly 19 thousand members. The Association's member businesses are generating annual revenue of over 40 billion USD and creating jobs for more than 5 million workers. During the development process, the Association has organized many meaningful programs and activities such as: The campaign for young entrepreneurs to integrate into the international economy; “Vietnam Gold Star Award”, “Red Star Award”; activities to support young entrepreneurs starting a business, trade promotion, investment, and international cooperation.  

At the same time, perform well the role of advising the Party and State on building institutions, policies and laws; is an important bridge bringing the Party and State's policies to the young Vietnamese business community. Thereby, the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association not only fulfilled its mission of building a domestic brand but also became a member of the ASEAN Young Entrepreneurs Association, a member of the Asia-Pacific Young Entrepreneurs Organization and Participate in connecting with many other international business associations. This shows the Association's active role in promoting the Young Entrepreneurs ecosystem to reach regional and international levels.

To continue to develop the business community, Mr. Phan Thanh Thien, Chairman of Gia Lai Young Entrepreneurs Association recommends: “Regarding administrative procedure reform, it is necessary to improve the legal system as soon as possible; Immediately stop the situation of avoiding, pushing, fearing responsibility, not daring to decide, not daring. At the same time, continue to improve the business investment environment, creating conditions for businesses to operate; increase investment in education and training, improve the quality of human resources; Support businesses in accessing markets, especially international markets, and encourage innovation and entrepreneurship in the young business community."

Speaking at the meeting, Acting President Vo Thi Anh Xuan said that Vietnam currently has about 920.000 operating businesses, more than 31 thousand cooperatives and more than 5 million business households. The team of entrepreneurs, including young entrepreneurs, has developed strongly, becoming an important contributor to socio-economic development, promoting industrialization, modernization of the country, and economic integration. world economy; Many dynamic young entrepreneurs have appeared, daring to think, daring to do, innovating, and successfully starting businesses, thereby affirming their reputation and brand in the country, gradually reaching out to the region and the world.

In addition, the Vietnam Young Business Association has made strong developments, becoming a prestigious social-professional organization; perform well the task of uniting and gathering young entrepreneurs, actively contributing to the country's socio-economic development. According to the Acting President, the business team is one of the core forces contributing to promoting the cause of industrialization, modernization of the country and international integration. In that spirit, the Acting President requests that departments, ministries, branches and localities continue to thoroughly grasp and effectively implement the Party and State's guidelines and policies on entrepreneurs, focusing on the Resolution 41 dated October 10, 10, Politburo on "building and promoting the role of Vietnamese businessmen in the new era" for effective implementation in practice. The Acting President requested the Central Youth Union, the Vietnam Youth Union, and relevant ministries and branches to continue to monitor and grasp the development situation of the young business team, including the activities of the business association. children to promptly propose and solve difficulties and obstacles that arise in practice.
