On June 7, a representative of the People's Committee of Hung Thuy commune (Le Thuy district, Quang Binh province) said that a male student was beaten by a council and had to be hospitalized. The victim is a TVV (born in 6, a student of class 2008C at Hung Thuy Secondary School).
On June 3, during the farewell party, V. had a quarrel with some of his classmates, then was beaten by the council, leading to injuries and hospitalization. Due to mental panic and some injuries, V. missed the entrance exam for 6th grade high school which took place on 10/7.

After understanding the incident, the local government worked with representatives of Hung Thuy Secondary School, parents, students and departments, branches and unions, and assigned Hung Thuy Commune Police to make a file to handle the case. .
Because the group of students who beat V. who was admitted to the hospital is taking the exam in grade 10, after this exam, the authorities will invite them to work to take measures to handle according to regulations.
Le Thuy district police said that they also knew the above information and reported the case to the Quang Binh Provincial Police.
