More than 100 officers and commanders from various agencies and units throughout the Corps participated in the training.

The training course focuses on new content according to the Ministry of National Defense 's program, such as: Organization and methods of tactical team training; individual and unit drill training according to the new organizational structure; training and ensuring safety during training, examinations, competitions, and sports events.

In his directive speech, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Hong Kien, Chief of Staff of the Corps, emphasized: In 2026, the Corps faces many major and important tasks in carrying out military and national defense duties assigned by the Ministry of National Defense, along with many other regular and unexpected tasks. This reality demands that officers at all levels possess strong political resolve, in-depth professional expertise, and increasingly comprehensive organizational, command, staff, and management capabilities to meet the requirements of the mission in the new situation.

To ensure the training course achieves its objectives and requirements, the Chief of Staff of the 20th Army Corps requested that the Organizing Committee and the Training Course Command maintain strict discipline, manage the course closely, adhere to the program and plan, and ensure absolute safety. Participating officers should demonstrate a sense of responsibility, focus on studying and fully absorbing the content to effectively apply it to their practical work at their agencies and units.
