The list of inland container depots (ICDs) includes: Hai Linh Inland Container Depot (Phu Tho); Km 3+4 Mong Cai Inland Container Depot, Quang Ninh province; Tan Cang Hai Phong Inland Container Depot; Dinh Vu Inland Container Depot - Quang Binh; Hoang Thanh Inland Container Depot; Long Bien Inland Container Depot; Tan Cang Ha Nam Inland Container Depot; Phuc Loc Inland Container Depot - Ninh Binh; Tan Cang Nhon Trach Inland Container Depot; Tan Cang Que Vo Inland Container Depot; Tan Cang Long Binh Inland Container Depot (Phase 1); Phu My Inland Container Depot (Phase 1); Thanh Phuoc Inland Container Depot and Nam Dinh Vu Inland Container Depot (Phase 1).

The list of inland ports in Vietnam now includes three new inland ports: Thanh Phuoc inland port, Nam Dinh Vu inland port (phase 1), and Phu My inland port (phase 1).

The Vietnam Maritime Administration is assigned the responsibility of performing the functions and tasks as stipulated in Government Decree No. 38/2017 on investment, construction, management and operation of inland ports and other relevant legal regulations.

Thus, compared to Decision 506/2023 of the Ministry of Transport on the announcement of the List of Inland Ports in Vietnam, the new list has added 3 new inland ports including Thanh Phuoc inland port, Nam Dinh Vu inland port (phase 1) and Phu My inland port (phase 1).

Specifically, the Thạnh Phước inland port is located at address No. 207, DT747A, Group 1, Tân Lương residential area, Thạnh Phước ward, Tân Uyên city, Bình Dương province, with the investor being Thạnh Phước Port Joint Stock Company.

The port plays a crucial role in opening up waterways, creating a gateway for trade between Binh Duong province and other provinces and cities nationwide, facilitating faster, more efficient, and cost-effective transportation of goods for businesses.

Phu My Inland Port (Phase 1) is located in Phu My 3 Intensive Industrial Zone, Phuoc Hoa Ward, Phu My Town, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province. The port covers an area of ​​37.8 hectares, comprising 6 berths, and has the capability to connect by waterway to seaports and ICDs in the region, as well as to raw material supply and product consumption areas nationwide, linking them to Phu My 3 Intensive Industrial Zone.

The Nam Dinh Vu Inland Port (Phase 1), located in the Dinh Vu - Cat Hai Economic Zone, Hai Phong, is invested in by Nam Dinh Vu ICD Joint Stock Company.

The port offers convenient connections to industrial zones (Nam Dinh Vu, Minh Phuong, Deep C...), logistics centers, Lach Huyen International Port, and many other seaports in Hai Phong, facilitating the movement of goods to provinces/cities nationwide and internationally.
