New brand identity, new reach.

Towards the National Digital Transformation Day (October 10) in 2023, the Ministry of Information and Communications has developed a visual identity for the National Digital Transformation Day 2023.

The national digital transformation day 2023 branding kit is now available on the National Digital Transformation Portal at: https://dx.gov.vn.

To create a strong impact for the 2023 National Digital Transformation Day (October 10th) throughout society, the Ministry of Information and Communications has developed a visual identity; and issued a document encouraging officials, civil servants, and employees of agencies and localities to participate on the internet by changing their profile pictures (avatars) and adding a frame with the Digital Transformation Day design.

On April 22, 2022, the Prime Minister issued Decision No. 505/QD-TTg on the National Digital Transformation Day, designating October 10th of each year as the National Digital Transformation Day. In Official Letter No. 4754/BTTTT-CĐSQG dated September 18, 2023, the Ministry of Information and Communications requested ministries, sectors, and localities to disseminate and communicate the National Digital Transformation Day 2023 branding by displaying it on the electronic portals of agencies and localities, electronic billboards, public screens under their management, websites, mobile applications of ministries, sectors, and localities, and online newspapers of the respective sectors and localities from October 1-10.

Units are incorporating the National Digital Transformation Day branding into online and in-person publications for events commemorating National Digital Transformation Day 2023. Additionally, the Ministry of Information and Communications encourages officials, civil servants, and employees of agencies and localities to participate online by changing their profile pictures to include the National Digital Transformation Day branding frame from October 1st to 10th.

To change your profile picture (avatar) to a frame featuring the National Digital Transformation Day 2023, first, access one of the two links: https://khunghinh.net/p/1a2b1fbe02b3400a or https://khunghinh.net/p/f3c22d518000abc0, then select a frame template by clicking on the "choose image" button to download it.

Next, users upload their profile picture to the frame, adjust the image position appropriately, select "Continue," and follow the instructions to download the framed image. Framed profile pictures are recommended for use on Zalo, Facebook, and other social media platforms.

In addition, the Ministry of Information and Communications encourages the use of hashtags in posts instead of images, such as #nationaldigitaltransformationday #digitaldatayear #10102023.
