New identity, new influence

Towards the celebration of National Digital Transformation Day (October 10) in 2023, the Ministry of Information and Communications has developed an identity for National Digital Transformation Day 2023.

The identity set for National Digital Transformation Day 2023 is available on the National Digital Transformation Portal at: https://dx.gov.vn.

To create a strong spread for National Digital Transformation Day 2023 (October 10) to the whole society, the Ministry of Information and Communications has built an identity system; issued a document encouraging cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers of agencies and localities to respond on cyberspace by changing their avatars, with a frame identifying Digital Transformation Day.

On April 22, 2022, the Prime Minister issued Decision No. 505/QD-TTg on National Digital Transformation Day, taking October 10 every year as National Digital Transformation Day. In Official Dispatch No. 4754/BTTTT-CĐSQG dated September 18, 2023, the Ministry of Information and Communications requested ministries, branches and localities to popularize and communicate the identity of National Digital Transformation Day 2023 by displaying the identity on the electronic information portals of agencies and localities, electronic boards, public screens under their management, websites, mobile applications of ministries, branches and localities and electronic newspapers of sectors, fields and localities under their management from October 1-10.

Units include the National Digital Transformation Day identity in online and offline publications of events responding to the National Digital Transformation Day 2023. In addition, the Ministry of Information and Communications encourages officials, civil servants, public employees and workers of agencies and localities to respond online by changing their avatars to include the National Digital Transformation Day avatar frame from October 1-10.

To change the avatar with a frame about National Digital Transformation Day 2023, first, users access one of the two links at https://khunghinh.net/p/1a2b1fbe02b3400a or https://khunghinh.net/p/f3c22d518000abc0, select the frame template by clicking on the "choose image" section to download.

Next, the user uploads the avatar to the frame, aligns the image position appropriately, clicks "Continue", and follows the instructions to "Upload the framed image". The framed avatar is recommended to be used to replace the avatar on Zalo, Facebook, and other social networking platforms.

In addition, tagging hashtags on post content instead of photos with phrases such as: #ngaychuyendoisoquocgia #namdulieuso #10102023 is also encouraged by the Ministry of Information and Communications.
