(ABO) On the morning of April 10th, the Tien Giang Provincial Center for Industrial Promotion and Trade Development, in coordination with the Can Tho campus of the College of Foreign Trade Economics, held the opening ceremony for the training course "Digital Transformation in Sales and Customer Care" in 2025.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, a representative from the Center for Industrial Promotion and Trade Development emphasized: In the context of the rapidly developing digital economy , enhancing the digital transformation capacity of local businesses is a crucial task, helping to increase the efficiency of sales operations, customer care, and expand the market for products.

This year's training program includes practical topics of interest to many organizations, such as: The importance of digital transformation in sales and customer service; digital transformation solutions in sales; the roadmap and technologies for digital transformation in customer service; the challenges and risks of digital transformation in sales and customer service; and successful retail brands and experiences thanks to digital transformation. These contents not only meet practical needs but also provide long-term guidance for businesses and cooperatives in the province.

Immediately after the opening ceremony, the class began its first module under the guidance of lecturers from the College of Foreign Trade Economics. The program lasted one day, with content designed to closely follow practical needs and apply technology to sales and customer service processes, contributing to enhancing the competitiveness of businesses in the digital age.
