Accordingly, the Regiment organized political activities, propaganda sessions, and traditional learning sessions; offered incense at martyrs' memorials in the area where it is stationed; and watched commemorative programs. In addition, the Regiment coordinated with Battalion 871, Brigade 957, Region 4 of the Navy to organize friendly matches and football competitions, creating a joyful and enthusiastic atmosphere and strengthening the solidarity and close ties between the two units.

* To commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of Southern Vietnam and the reunification of the country, and International Labor Day, Brigade 101, Region 4 of the Navy, is organizing the "Singing and Dancing of Private Soldiers" Festival in 2025 with the theme "Star - Private Soldier".

The festival featured four teams from two battalions training new recruits. The teams competed in three parts: singing prescribed songs; showcasing soldier talents; and performing a soldier's dance. All the performances were elaborately staged, high-quality, and diverse, with the soldier's dance particularly demonstrating creativity, youthfulness, and captivating the soldiers.
The festival is an opportunity for new recruits to showcase their passion and artistic talents; to review the results of the unit's cultural and artistic activities over the past period, especially the learning of prescribed songs and military dances, and thereby continue to organize training to participate in regional competitions with the highest possible results.
* On the afternoon of April 30th, Brigade 162, Region 4 of the Navy, organized sports competitions to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of Southern Vietnam and National Reunification, International Labor Day, and the 70th anniversary of the founding of the Navy.

Participating in the activities were volleyball, mini-football, and pickleball teams from agencies, naval squadrons, and combat ships under the brigade's command that are on duty at the port. In addition to sports competitions, the brigade also organized cultural and artistic exchanges and five dance performances as part of the soldiers' group activities.
