Ingredients: 500 grams of fresh shrimp; 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter (softened); 2 cloves of minced garlic; 1 small chili pepper, chopped (optional); 1 packet of 200g crispy frying batter; 5-6 finely mashed salted duck egg yolks; 1 teaspoon of seasoning powder (or good quality fish sauce). A little bit of herbs for garnish and to eat according to preference (cilantro or mint); 12 tablespoons of unsweetened fresh milk; 2 tablespoons of condensed milk; cooking oil.
Instructions: Wash the shrimp, peel (optional), and drain. Marinate with seasoning powder (or good quality fish sauce) for 15 minutes. After marinating, coat the shrimp in a layer of crispy batter, then fry in hot oil (be careful not to overcook, as this will cause the shrimp to lose their fresh, sweet flavor). Steam the salted eggs over boiling water for about 3-4 minutes. Blend the salted eggs, fresh milk, and condensed milk in a blender until smooth. Sauté the garlic in a pan with butter, then add the salted eggs and stir well. Next, add the shrimp and stir well (remember to use low heat to prevent burning) for about 4-5 minutes.
Arrange the shrimp evenly on the plate (in a circle for a more appealing look), and garnish with some herbs.
