Ingredients: 500 grams of fresh shrimp; 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter (unsalted, softened); 2 cloves of minced garlic; 1 chopped chili pepper (depending on preference); 1 packet of 200g crispy fried flour; 5-6 crushed salted duck egg yolks; 1 teaspoon of seasoning powder (or good fish sauce). A few herbs to decorate and eat according to preference (coriander or dog mint (also known as Chinese cinnamon); 12 tablespoons of unsweetened fresh milk; 2 tablespoons of condensed milk; cooking oil.

How to make: Clean and peel the shrimp (optional), drain. Marinate with seasoning powder (or good fish sauce) for 15 minutes. After marinating, roll the shrimp in a layer of fried flour, then put in a hot oil pan (be careful not to overcook it or the shrimp will lose its fresh sweetness). Steam the salted eggs in boiling water for about 3-4 minutes. Put the salted eggs, fresh milk, and condensed milk in a blender. Put butter in a pan and saute the garlic, then add the salted eggs and stir well. Next, add the shrimp and stir well (remember to keep the heat low to avoid burning) for about 4-5 minutes.

Arrange the shrimp evenly on a plate (in a circle for eye-catching), decorate with a little more herbs and you're done.
